1.1 Service Availability

Our services are available from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. While we strive to accommodate our clients' schedules, availability may vary based on demand and seasonal factors.

2. Booking and Payment

To schedule a service, clients must complete the booking process through our designated channels. Upon booking, a confirmed date and time will be provided.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
• Pricing: Pricing for services is based on the scope of work and materials required. Final quotes will be provided after an initial consultation.
• Deposits: For large projects, a deposit may be required to secure the booking.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the garden area is accessible and free from obstructions before the scheduled service. Additionally, clients should communicate any specific requirements or preferences in advance to ensure satisfactory service delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gardener Northolt strives to perform all services to the highest standards. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for securing any valuable or fragile items before service commencement.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through our official communication channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
